About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Reception and Housekeeping teams to ensure exceptional guest service and high cleanliness standards
- Manage day-to-day operations and achieve qualitative and quantitative department targets
- Develop close relationships with guests and maintain a frequent presence in the lobby
- Supervise department organization, initiate new projects, and coordinate implementation
- Establish ongoing training and induct new staff to meet Brand and Service Standards
- Prepare marketing and commercial action plans to optimize occupancy and REVPAR
- Manage annual budgets, headcount, and financial analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Front Office management role within hospitality
- Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud
- Proven ability to multitask and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strategic and operational mindset with a passion for hospitality
