Rooms Division Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth and efficient guest journey across Front Office, Housekeeping, and technical departments
• Manage peak operational moments driven by flight schedules and demand surges
• Act as the first point of contact for guests, handling incidents and resolving complaints
• Oversee Guest Relations activities and respond to feedback on platforms like ReviewPro
• Conduct regular quality checks in guest rooms, public areas, and meeting facilities
• Facilitate communication between operational departments to ensure seamless coordination
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program (HBO-level or similar)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Positive and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands
