Room Service Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt delivery and elegant setup of food and beverage orders to suites and villas
• Greet guests with professionalism and provide accurate dish and beverage service
• Conduct regular sweeps of hallways and villa areas to discreetly clear used trays and trolleys
• Perform daily replenishment and restocking of minibars according to luxury standards
• Accurately record and report daily minibar consumption for billing
• Prepare and stock service equipment and trolleys ahead of peak hours
• Collaborate with kitchen and front desk teams regarding guest feedback and dietary restrictions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 5-star hotel or luxury establishment
• Excellent grooming and absolute discretion
• Highly organized with basic mathematical skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Knowledge of Greek is a strong asset
