About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the intermediary between various departments and Room Service
- Elaborate team schedules
- Ensure proper setup of the room service office for different shifts and services
- Verify the proper functioning and cleanliness of offices on each floor
- Manage stocks (linen, tableware, beverages, etc.) and place orders as needed
- Verify the setup for each service: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Guarantee service quality at the office and room service levels
- Contribute actively to customer satisfaction
- Supervise and coordinate the team of commis, chefs de rang, and assistant managers
Requirements
- Solid experience in Room Service within demanding environments
- Discretion and diplomacy
- High attention to detail
- Availability
