Room Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee flawless, timely, and refined in-room dining service in alignment with luxury standards
• Ensure strict compliance with Greek health and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Supervise presentation of trays, trolleys, and in-villa table setups
• Personalize guest experiences and handle special requests or complaints with diplomacy
• Oversee minibar operations, including replenishment, quality control, and cleanliness
• Manage minibar inventories, monitor expiration dates, and place orders
• Partner with Front Office to ensure precise billing of minibar consumption
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage room service servers and order-takers
• Optimize staffing schedules based on occupancy and coordinate with kitchen and Front Office teams
• Maximize department revenue through strategic upselling and inventory management

Requirements

• Experience as a Room Service Manager or Assistant Room Service Manager in luxury hospitality (5-star hotels or resorts)
• Deep understanding of luxury service etiquette and basic wine pairing
• Experience executing complex private events within guest villas
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multicultural teams under high pressure
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Proficiency in Greek is highly essential
