Room Service Attendant

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage room service orders, offering menu products with cordial and efficient service
• Coordinate and deliver orders, amenities, and amenities to guest rooms according to requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of services in optimal condition following hotel quality standards
• Inform guests promptly regarding any delays in their orders
• Perform rounds to collect used service items from rooms and hallways to maintain cleanliness
• Verify area stock and report shortages to supervisors
• Prepare service implements including polishing champagne buckets and folding napkins
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Stay updated on guest arrivals to personalize service attention
• Record daily occurrences and attend to guest and internal client requirements

Requirements

• Currently studying or graduated in Hotel Administration or related fields
• Intermediate English proficiency
• 6 months of experience in similar areas
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
