Room Ready Technician

Responsibilities

• Install DC and AC power circuits, fiber jumpers, and ethernet cables
• Label and color code equipment, power circuits, and fibers per carrier requirements
• Maintain project timelines and complete daily site field reports and Job Safety Analysis
• Collect and submit on-site closeout documentation
• Perform grounding, terminations, fastening, proper bolting, and cadwelding
• Assist with groundwork and overall civil construction tasks
• Maintain vehicles and equipment

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, and job specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
• Ability to use an electrical multimeter for testing AC and DC circuits
• Proficiency with common power and hand tools
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more and work in extreme weather conditions
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 100% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Related trade school education
• 1-2 years of experience on a civil construction or electrical crew
• Experience leading a construction crew
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
