Responsibilities
- Maintain and control the hotel’s room inventory
- Coordinate day-to-day Front Office operations regarding room inventory
- Organize guest room moves
- Control sell-out days
- Supervise room upgrades
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience as a Room Controller, Front Office Supervisor, or similar in a 4-star or 5-star luxury hotel
- Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and room inventory management
- Proficient in Opera PMS or Opera Cloud
- Understanding of room status, guest preferences, VIP handling, and room blocking
- Strong coordination skills with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Reservations
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
