Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment
• Change bed linen, make beds, and replace used towels and bathroom amenities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust furniture to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Empty trash containers and clean public areas such as corridors
• Greet guests professionally and respond to inquiries or requests
• Report technical issues and maintenance needs to supervisors
• Update guest room status and restock cleaning supplies at the end of each shift

Requirements

• Keen eye for detail and strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physical mobility and stamina to perform cleaning tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Flexible working hours
• Must be able to pass a background check
