Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms
• Prepare guest rooms with precision including making beds, refreshing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and amenities with care and efficiency
• Uphold Sofitel brand standards with consistency and professionalism
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming environment that anticipates guest needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, ideally in a luxury or premium environment
• Commitment to delivering refined, five-star service
• Strong physical capability and safe manual-handling practices
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
• Excellent time-management skills
