Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, corridors, and assigned public areas to the highest luxury hospitality standards
• Ensure all rooms are impeccably presented, fully replenished, and prepared in accordance with brand standards
• Provide personalized and courteous service to guests, responding promptly to requests and preferences
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost & found items
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisors, Front Office, and Engineering to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Adhere to all cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards and health and safety policies
• Respect guest privacy and maintain strict confidentiality of guest information

Requirements

• Previous experience in Housekeeping or a similar role within a luxury hotel environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for guest service
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
