Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Attending to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Cleaning guest rooms to brand standards
• Carrying out allocated cleaning duties throughout the hotel
• Transferring dirty linen and removing rubbish and recycling
• Safe handling and use of chemicals
• Maintaining cleanliness of guest corridors and service areas

Requirements

• Previous hotel cleaning experience
• Valid Australian work rights
• Availability for varied shifts including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays
• Understanding of correct chemical usage and manual handling techniques
• Excellent communication skills and ability to use a two-way radio
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
