Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms to high standards
• Provide welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service to all hotel guests
• Ensure a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests
• Perform housekeeping tasks including cleaning, tidying, and replenishing supplies
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet guest needs

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience is required
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to lift, pull, and push at least 20 lbs
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to learn quickly and interact professionally with guests
