About the role
Responsibilities
- Clean and service hotel guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures
- Empty trash and remove debris from guest rooms and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, hallways, and common spaces
- Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner
- Report maintenance concerns or safety issues to management
- Restock housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies at the end of each shift
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina and mobility required for standing, bending, lifting, and cleaning
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus, but not required
