Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Execute thorough cleaning duties for guest rooms, suites, and public areas following established luxury standards
• Maintain a "FIVE-Styled" presentation by making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
• Replenish room amenities, toiletries, and supplies to ensure rooms are fully stocked for occupancy
• Identify and promptly report maintenance issues, damages, or required repairs within guest rooms
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for extra amenities or services
• Adhere to all health, safety, and grooming standards to maintain a professional appearance and environment

Requirements

• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Physical fitness and the endurance to handle demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A proactive "can-do" attitude and high level of professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment
• Experience in a hotel pre-opening phase
• Previous experience working in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) rated properties
