Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms according to brand standards
• Maintain housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
• Report maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
• Communicate with the Executive Housekeeper regarding tools and supplies needed
• Follow all fire and emergency procedures to ensure guest safety
• Practice safe working habits, including appropriate lifting and chemical use
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform in accordance with grooming policies

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in variable temperature and noise conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to clean 16 rooms within a scheduled time frame

Preferred Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• 1 year of experience as a room attendant or laundry attendant
