Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing rooms and suites according to Belmond standards
• Making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
• Replenishing guest amenities and supplies
• Reporting maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping supervisor
• Managing guest requests with promptness and courtesy
• Maintaining the cleanliness of carts and supply storage
• Handling guest property with care and discretion

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a 5-star luxury hotel
• Exceptional attention to detail and passion for cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle a demanding workload
• Professional, discreet, and polite attitude
• Basic understanding of Italian and/or English
