Responsibilities
- Act as a player/coach by leading from the front in the field through D2D, networking, and referrals
- Manage, build, and train a high-performing sales team to hit and exceed goals
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence using retail and insurance-focused approaches
- Personally generate sales while guiding the team to reach targets
- Collaborate with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff to ensure seamless onboarding and support
- Maintain high standards for client satisfaction and quality roofing solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
- 2+ years of leadership experience building and managing successful teams
- Proven success in retail and insurance residential roofing sales
- Experience in lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
- Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialty roofing sales experience
- Experience in storm environments
