Roofing Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front in the field through door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals
• Manage, build, and train a high-performing sales team to exceed goals
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in both retail and insurance-focused sectors
• Personally generate sales while guiding the team to reach targets
• Collaborate with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff to ensure seamless onboarding and support
• Maintain high standards for client satisfaction and quality roofing solutions

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
• 2+ years of leadership experience building and managing successful teams
• Proven success in retail and insurance residential roofing sales
• Experience in lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
• Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty roofing sales experience
• Experience in storm environments
