Roofing Sales Trainee

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door to connect with storm-affected homeowners
• Inspect properties to identify storm damage and educate homeowners on restoration
• Guide clients through the insurance claims process from start to finish
• Manage roofing projects from initial contact through final completion
• Build a referral network to maintain a full sales pipeline

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable with door-to-door sales
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and knocking doors daily
