Roofing Sales Trainee

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door to connect with storm-affected homeowners
• Inspect properties to identify storm damage and educate homeowners on restoration options
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish
• Oversee roofing projects from initial contact through final completion
• Build a referral network to maintain a full sales pipeline

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and consistent door-to-door engagement
• Self-motivated, competitive, and outgoing personality
• No prior roofing experience required; paid training provided
