Roofing Sales Manager in Training

Responsibilities

• Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business
• Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives
• Coach new team members through ride-alongs and field training
• Lead by example while driving accountability and team performance
• Help establish and grow the Nashville market

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to relocate to Dallas, TX for a 180-day paid leadership training program

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven success generating residential roofing sales
• Experience working insurance restoration claims
• Leadership mindset with a passion for coaching others
