Responsibilities

• Conduct troubleshooting, installations, and repair work in the field
• Supervise roofing 1099 crews to ensure compliance with standards and manufacturer specifications
• Perform job site visits to ensure crews have necessary materials and review quality of work
• Maintain communication with customers, installation crews, and team members
• Source and deliver materials to job sites, including operating trailers
• Assist in determining warehouse inventory requirements and maintaining organization
• Review and respond to department callbacks and customer concerns

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License
• Knowledge of roofing materials such as shingles, modified bitumen, and TPO
• Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding frequently
• Proven track record of accurately estimating roofing installations or repairs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the roofing industry
