Roofing Outside Sales

Responsibilities

• Run residential sales calls and provide customers with project proposals in a timely manner
• Meet with residential customers face-to-face to present prepared proposals and product samples
• Perform frequent use and climbing of ladders or scaffolding
• Drive customer acquisitions through existing relationships and business development
• Assist with production needs and account management to maintain good PR
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for feedback and communication
• Track and follow up on sales opportunities
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service industry sales, preferably in residential roofing
• Valid US Driver’s License
• Proven track record of accurate estimating to protect profit
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and revenue target setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation skills for vendor discussions
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving customer concerns
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
