Responsibilities

• Operate various types of rollers for asphalt compaction
• Ensure optimal compaction of materials
• Work closely with the asphalt team to guarantee progress and quality of work

Requirements

• Experience as a roller operator in the road construction sector
• Valid VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Willingness to work weekends and nights
• Sharp eye for detail and quality
• Proactive and flexible attitude
• Possession of a Category B driver's license
