Role Player

Responsibilities

• Execute scenario-based training for intelligence and national security students
• Follow written scripts and guidance, including role descriptions, scenarios, and expected student outcomes
• Take direction from instructors and coordinators to ensure training objectives are met
• Interact with students based on anticipated questions and expected role player answers

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Previous experience as an Operations Officer
• Experience working within an Intelligence Community environment
• Ability to understand complex script concepts and interact within an overarching scenario
• Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and sound operational judgment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Role Player
• Foreign language skills
• Overseas experience supporting operations in high-threat areas
