Roform Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead energetic, immersive, Pilates-inspired reformer group classes
• Create an authentic experience that encourages clients to challenge themselves physically and mentally
• Cultivate and maintain strong connections with community members and team members
• Represent the brand positively through professionalism, courtesy, and reliability
• Maintain exceptional standards of hospitality and inclusiveness in every interaction

Requirements

• Successful completion of the Roform Training Programme
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Pilates experience is preferred
• Ability to teach a minimum of 6-9 classes per week
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be a resident of Münster
• Ability to commit to a consistent schedule for at least four months
