About the role
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Rock RMS modules including People, Groups, and Workflows
- Manage user permissions and system security protocols
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving duplicates
- Develop and distribute reports and dashboards for leadership
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data management
- Partner with ministries to translate requirements into functional Rock RMS solutions
- Assist with event setup, registration processes, and payment workflows
- Provide training and ongoing support for staff and volunteers
- Manage website content and digital communications via Rock RMS
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM administration or database management
- Hands-on experience with Rock RMS or similar platforms like Planning Center
- Proficiency in SQL query writing and optimization
- Strong understanding of data integrity and reporting
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Personal alignment with CCV's mission and values
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
- Certifications in SQL or Rock RMS Administration
- Previous experience in a ministry or nonprofit environment
