Rock Drilling and Ground Support Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory for RGD customers across various drilling lines (TH, DTH, HHE, RBE, ROT, RGU)
• Demonstrate product performance in mining operations and assist with field tests
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, including warehouse staff and operations superintendents
• Support Product Specialists in sales projections, territory management, and technical reports
• Provide field and classroom training to end-users and drillers
• Monitor and control inventory of top-selling consumables to ensure adequate stock
• Resolve product claims and provide recommendations to improve customer productivity

Requirements

• Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of technical support or field assistance experience in the mining industry
• Technical knowledge of drilling products (TH, DTH, HHE, RBE, ROT, or RGU)
• Intermediate English proficiency (technical reading and conversation)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Residency in Zacatecas or willingness to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP
• Proven experience in technical training for end-users
• Previous experience working with RGD tool brands
