Robotics Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end robotics architectures spanning sensors, perception, localization, planning, control, and actuation.
• Design Sense–Think–Act pipelines with strict latency and determinism constraints.
• Evaluate hardware/software partitioning, including CPU, GPU, and FPGA mapping.
• Lead technical engagements with customers to translate requirements into architecture proposals and solution roadmaps.
• Deliver technical presentations, executive briefings, and system-level design recommendations.
• Drive Proof-of-Concept (PoC) development to validate architecture and performance.
• Analyze robotics market trends and define the robotics solution stack.
• Contribute to white papers, technical blogs, and training materials.

Requirements

• MS/PhD in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in robotics, AI systems, or solutions architecture.
• Strong expertise in robotics systems and AI/ML for robotics.
• Deep experience with ROS/ROS2 and real-time control systems.
• Proficiency in E2E robotics control loop architecture and motion planning.
• Knowledge of sensor fusion, localization, world modeling, and point cloud generation.
• Familiarity with VLA and VLM models.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FPGA platforms (RTL, HLS).
• Experience with Physical AI SDKs.
