Responsibilities

• Help develop and grow data collection labs, owning the entire integration lifecycle from hardware sourcing to software integration
• Develop innovative robot control interfaces suited to various morphologies, environments, and tasks
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to develop automation tools and machinery for evaluating advanced robotic policies
• Lead the design and implementation of data collection, visualization, and quality control processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in robotics or hardware-integrated environments
• Extensive experience integrating and deploying industrial automation systems, off-the-shelf robotics, or custom hardware
• Proven track record of delivering production-quality software within cross-functional engineering teams
• Strong proficiency in Rust or C++
