Robotics Software Engineer, Navigation

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate various systems required for autonomous robot operation
• Research how robots interact with surrounding objects and develop necessary functions
• Perform advanced research required for the development of next-generation robot platforms

Requirements

• Degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience in C++ or Python development
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and operating systems
• Experience performing robotics projects using ROS
• Experience developing in a Linux environment
• Business-level English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a related field
• Experience in technical problem analysis and resolution
• Participation in robotics competitions or conferences
• Familiarity with Git-based code review processes
• Experience applying Machine Learning or Deep Learning techniques
• Expertise in areas such as Lidar/Visual SLAM, ROS1/2, mobile robot navigation, path planning (A*, RRT*, etc.), or sensor fusion
