Robotics Software Engineer II, Mission

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using various programming languages and frameworks
• Contribute to the design and architecture of complex software systems to ensure scalability and performance
• Lead critical projects from conception to completion, defining goals and managing timelines
• Analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Implement testing strategies, code reviews, and continuous integration practices to ensure software reliability

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Go or C++
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud computing
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Past experience with ROS
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
