Robotics - Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, cloud-native solutions and resilient distributed systems for robotics and fulfillment center technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to build and operate innovative products and services.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Build and maintain fault-tolerant, cost-effective distributed systems.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and agile processes including CI/CD.
• Design and test software components that interact with robotics, computer vision, and cloud services.
• Demonstrate operational excellence through monitoring and troubleshooting production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
• Experience with data structure implementation, basic algorithm development, and object-oriented design.
• Experience in C/C++ specifically for real-time robotics applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with ROS/ROS 2 for robotics middleware.
• Knowledge of Linux application development.
• Background in Robotics, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Motion Planning, or Autonomous Navigation.
• Experience with AI tools for development productivity.
