Robotics Repair Centre Manager

About the Company

Humanoid is on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Their HMND-01 Alpha platform is currently running in real industrial pilots.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-house maintenance, rework, upgrade, and overhaul (MRO) activities
• Own the Device History Record (DHR) platform and process
• Lead demand forecasting and technical planning for service spare parts
• Manage the service workflow for Field Replaceable Units (FRUs)
• Build and maintain technical skills matrices for the repair team
• Coordinate quality feedback loops between Field Service and R&D

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical service operations, manufacturing leadership, or MRO
• Experience in high-complexity hardware environments (Robotics, Aerospace, Automotive, or Medical Devices)
• Proven track record of managing technical teams and physical repair floors
• Experience in service-level demand forecasting and inventory management
• Deep familiarity with DHR/eDHR systems and documentation compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling operations in a startup environment
• Hands-on familiarity with mechatronic systems and complex electromechanical assemblies
