Robotics Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and detailed product requirements for robotic systems
• Craft and refine a multi-year product roadmap grounded in market research and strategic goals
• Author and maintain product artifacts including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to prioritize solution concepts
• Own end-to-end release management including prioritization, validation, and launch readiness
• Drive external pilots and serve as the primary customer interface during early deployments
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs spanning system performance and business outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or industrial hardware/software systems
• Proven track record of shipping products from ambiguous customer problems
• Highly analytical mindset with ability to dive into telemetry and operational metrics
• Strong systems-thinking ability across mechanics, electronics, firmware, and cloud services
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent business experience
• Experience with food-service equipment or NSF/UL compliance
• Expertise in data analytics, machine learning, or advanced perception systems
• Knowledge of design for manufacturing and connected edge-IoT ecosystems
• Competence in financial modeling and pricing strategy
