Robotics Material Handler

About the Company

Matic is on a mission to recapture lost time by revolutionizing home robotics. Their first product is a floor cleaning robot utilizing spatial AI, real-time 3D mapping, and on-device neural networks to work reliably in real homes while maintaining a privacy-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Stock QC-passed subassemblies and components at Final Assembly lines
• Receive and unbox incoming subassemblies and stage materials for QC stations
• Manage packaging breakdown, waste, and facility pathways
• Assist with receiving and moving pallets in and out of production areas
• Monitor material levels and proactively replenish stations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate material issues or shortages to production leads
• Execute data entry for material movement, including issuing and counting stock
• Conduct inventory verification and cycle counting
• Use shipment-processing software for outbound shipments

Requirements

• Comfort with physical work including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Ability to work flexible shifts (Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or Evening: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work proactively without constant direction
• Quick learner capable of adapting to fast-paced environments
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Effective communication skills
