Robotics Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of robotic cells through effective preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems, controllers, and peripheral equipment to safely restore production
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using appropriate tools and diagnostics
• Support robot program adjustments, calibrations, and system optimizations as needed
• Accurately document maintenance activities and follow all safety, quality, and site procedures

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with industrial robots and controllers (such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Yaskawa)
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
• Valid state driver's license
• Strong commitment to safety and quality within a unionized manufacturing environment
