About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage robot installation and field verification (PoC) at client sites
- Provide technical support, maintenance, and user training
- Monitor robot usage and respond to technical issues
- Propose service improvements based on user feedback
- Manage partner operations and provide technical training to maintain service levels
- Coordinate with internal departments to address client technical requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or a related field
- Technical knowledge or experience in related fields
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English or other foreign languages
- Positive attitude, strong responsibility, and communication skills
- Ability to travel overseas
