About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead robotics architecture and build autonomous systems for large-scale outdoor operations
- Own the robotics stack end-to-end, architecting control and orchestration layers
- Enable single and multi-robot fleet operations across dynamic, unstructured environments
- Collaborate closely with computer vision teams, AI engineers, and the founder/CEO
Requirements
- Deep expertise in ROS (Robot Operating System)
- Strong control engineering background
- Degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical, or electronic engineering
- Proven track record shipping autonomous systems into production
- Ability to own a complex robotics stack with limited supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying robots in unstructured outdoor environments
- Exposure to drone autonomy or aerial robotics
