Robotics Customer Operations Intern

About the Company

Matic is on a mission to recapture lost time by revolutionizing home robotics. We've built a floor cleaning robot with real-time 3D mapping and spatial AI that works reliably in real homes using on-device neural networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Shopify operations including order flows, invoicing, and refunds
• Support outbound shipping end-to-end, including carrier requirements and fulfillment planning
• Run the returns and RMA process end-to-end to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Resolve customer tickets related to order management and shipping inquiries
• Build and maintain operational dashboards to track shipment performance

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, operations, or supply chain
• Hands-on technical capability with APIs, scripting, or building automations
• Availability to work weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
• Experience at a hardware or DTC company shipping physical products
• Strong written communication skills for customer-facing and internal documentation
