About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage key stakeholders and senior decision-makers to align robotics solutions with business objectives.
- Lead and close high-stakes enterprise negotiations and structure value-driven agreements.
- Scale robotic cleaning solutions from initial pilots to enterprise-wide deployments across multiple sites.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts to maximize retention and unlock upsell opportunities.
- Partner with deployment teams to ensure customers achieve measurable ROI from day one.
- Track market trends and competitive dynamics to provide feedback to Product and R&D teams.
- Maintain precise Salesforce records regarding account activity, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development.
- Direct experience in robotics, industrial automation, or professional cleaning solutions.
- Proven track record of growing and retaining complex enterprise accounts.
- Working knowledge of robotics and IoT technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling autonomous technology within large-scale industrial environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
