Robotic Systems Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the System Integration team by balancing customer value, cost, and engineering effort to deploy optimal solutions
• Drive high-level architecture decisions regarding sensing technologies, actuators, control algorithms, and firmware architecture
• Research external products and emerging technologies to ensure state-of-the-art product capabilities
• Manage resource deployment across programs, prioritize assignments, and hire top-tier engineering talent
• Act as a hands-on contributor involved in daily technical decisions and development

Requirements

• Expertise in control algorithms, sensors, actuators, and embedded systems for high-precision products
• Proven experience leading and growing high-performance engineering teams
• Demonstrated history of developing successful products in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to balance technical performance with system complexity
