Robotic Factory Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate software running the robotic factory and fleet of delivery vehicles on solar construction sites
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document electromechanical issues in the field
• Assign tasks to field team members for efficient material loading
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve factory user experience and build efficiency

Requirements

• Availability for full-time field travel
• Engineering or technical degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field
• Proficiency with programming, networking, and command line workflows
• Ability to perform mechanical troubleshooting on industrial automation hardware (robotic arms, conveyors, motors, actuators)
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in tough physical conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with finite-state machines
• Experience with industrial automation equipment
• Experience working on construction sites
