Robot Technician

Responsibilities

• Keep US robots running by debugging and fixing hardware issues on-site
• Coordinate maintenance and support with onsite technicians and security guards
• Organize robot logistics including shipping and spare robot locations
• Travel to customers across the US to debug situations and apply fixes
• Coordinate with HQ in Switzerland to resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Relevant experience with hands-on projects involving electronics and moving mechanical components
• Experience in technical support, field mechatronic technician, or laptop repair roles
• Multidisciplinary approach with ability to replace robot parts and learn new tools
• Valid US work visa or citizenship
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice
