Robot Operator

Responsibilities

• Teleoperate robotic arms through household and assembly tasks using intuitive control systems
• Generate high-quality demonstration data to train AI foundation models
• Maintain strict data quality and consistency standards across all shifts
• Review and annotate videos of robot task performances
• Provide detailed feedback on robot performance and data quality
• Assist with equipment setup and basic office tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience with hands-on technical work, lab environments, or precision tasks
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts with full use of both arms and hands
• Interest in AI, robotics, and cutting-edge technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotics systems or automation
• Background in manufacturing, assembly, or laboratory work
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
• Gaming or simulation experience with controllers
