Osmo is a digital olfaction company on a mission to give computers a sense of smell to improve the health and wellbeing of human life. Osmo is headquartered in Elizabeth, NJ, with an additional office in Somerville, MA.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic dispensing system in alignment with work orders and production schedule
• Execute setup, changeover, calibration, and validation of robot workflows
• Monitor robot performance, ensure accuracy, and take corrective action or escalate as needed
• Perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance on automated dosing robot
• Work with software and hardware handoffs to ensure smooth transition and process integration
• Log production metrics, downtime events, and issues
• Maintain standard operation procedures (SOPs) and suggest updates
• Coordinate with vendors and spare parts inventory to minimize downtime
• Adhere to safe procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or automated equipment operating environment
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to work with tools and equipment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and process flows
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Fragrance Manufacturing experience
