Robot Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage live tests actively in transport, deployment, and safety
• Work closely with hardware, software, and business operations teams to improve products
• Execute and document tests to verify autonomous technologies and product capabilities
• Follow rigorous testing programs and checklists to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability

Requirements

• 2 years of experience or strong interest in robotics/automation
• Valid driver's license with ability to support multiple Phoenix locations
• Comfortable working outdoors and operating micro-mobility (electric bikes)
• Ability to work nights and weekends (shifts typically 2 PM to 12 AM)
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with ticketing tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with live Field Operations for product deployment
• Experience related to autonomous vehicles
