Robot Lab Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the humanoid robot lab during the graveyard shift (1 AM - 9 AM)
• Respond to robot faults and restore stations to operational status
• Perform minor mechanical repairs including cables, connectors, and motor diagnostics
• Reset test environments between sessions to ensure continuity
• Interpret system logs and write detailed handoff notes for the engineering team
• Maintain lab organization, manage inventory, and oversee the 3D printer farm
• Audit and produce performance reports for pilot operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a lab, manufacturing, or warehousing environment
• Proficiency with hand tools and light mechanical or electrical repair
• Ability to interpret system logs and error outputs to draw reasonable conclusions
• Strong written communication skills for technical reporting and handoffs
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of problems during solo shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining 3D printers
