Robot Field Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform in-field robotic inspections at customer sites in support of the Operations Lead.
• Operate robotic inspection equipment and ensure data integrity within industrial environments.
• Maintain, repair, and clean robotic equipment, including gears, motors, cameras, and actuators.
• Adhere to all Gecko and customer safety policies, including the proper use of PPE.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high satisfaction and relay product feedback.
• Complete necessary documentation, including trip reports and expense reports.
• Use various assembly tools such as hand drills, drill presses, and grinders as required.

Requirements

• Experience working in oil and gas or similar industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical tools and devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and stand for up to 12 hours per day.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to obtain a valid TWIC card.
• Ability to wear a respirator.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or company support.
